Smash Courts does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any person on the basis of race, national origin, ancestry, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, disability, or any other basis protected by law. 

Anti-Harassment
 

Smash Courts does not tolerate verbal or physical harassment on the premises, for any reason. Violations by members may result in the inability to further utilize Smash Courts.

If you experiences harassment:

• The incident of harassment shall be reported to a Smash Courts staff member as soon as possible.

• Issues may also be reported to the police.
